Twenty years in residential interiors and construction across San Francisco, the East Bay, Marin and the North Bay — first on site, then at the drawing board, and now holding both.
That combination shapes everything about how the studio works. Drawings are made with the crew in mind. Budgets are built from real trade pricing rather than optimism. Schedules account for the permit queue, not just the installation days.
Clients work directly with Liraz throughout. There is no account manager between you and the person responsible for your house.
